All the students must be present on the last working day before the major holidays and the first day after the major holidays.1And also on important days like Annual Concert, Teachers' lay, Childrens' Day and Sports Day. Defaulters will be fined Rs. 500/or more per day. Specified dates are mentioned in the Calender.
Except in the case of illness, prior permission must be so~ght from the Principal for any absence from the school. A me ical certificate must be produced with a note from the parent for any sick leave and marked in the calendar.
For any other leave the prior permission of the Principal is required. The parent must come personally to seek this permission in writing.
For any absence the parents must accompany the child to school to give an explanation so that the student can resume classes.
A student who is absent for more than 10 consecutive 1,avs without the written information to the Principal is presume~ to have left the school. A student may be re-admitted only if there is a vacancy and on payment of the usual admission fees.
The responsibility to cover the lessons and homework missed due to any absence lies solely with the student/parent.
